Terms of Service

SolOptimizer is an independent beta service publicly operated under the handle @0xPOOPIE. Before a broad public launch, the operator will provide the applicable legal-entity or legal-name information. By accessing or using SolOptimizer, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction.

SolOptimizer is provided as beta software. Features, data sources, transaction support, availability, and fees may change. The Service may contain errors, incomplete information, delays, outages, or unsupported assets.

SolOptimizer does not custody assets, hold private keys, request seed phrases, know wallet passwords, or sign transactions on your behalf. You control your wallet and are solely responsible for reviewing every transaction in your wallet before approval.

Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Recovery, account closure, token burning, and any other transaction are performed only after you approve them through your connected wallet. Burning permanently destroys tokens. You are responsible for confirming the selected account, mint, amount, recipient, and transaction effects.

SolOptimizer may charge a 5% platform fee on eligible successful recovery and burn transactions. The platform-fee recipient and estimated fee are displayed before approval. Solana network fees may also apply. A displayed estimate may differ from final network conditions or on-chain account state.

SolOptimizer provides informational tools only. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting, or security advice. We do not guarantee token value, liquidity, profitability, safety, compatibility, recovery results, pricing accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

The Service may rely on third parties, including wallet providers, Solana RPC providers, Helius, Jupiter, DexScreener, Solscan, and hosting providers. Their services and data are outside SolOptimizer's control and may be inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or subject to their own terms.

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, wallet draining, malware distribution, abuse of third-party services, or attempts to interfere with the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” You use it at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of Thailand, subject to mandatory consumer-protection and other applicable laws. Questions may be sent to soloptimizer@gmail.com.
